Science of cooking?|: salt heat up the oil or water that is used to cook with.
Ingredients:
• 1 lb lean ground beef
• 1/2 cup onion- diced
• 1/2 cup green capsicum - diced
• 1/4 cup goats milk
• 1/4 tsp. pepper
• 1/8 tsp. salt(if necessary)
• 1/4 tsp. of garlic powder
• A couple of teaspoonful of cooking oats.
Directions:
Mix all ingredients, except salt, in a bowl and form patties.
Use the 1/8 teaspoon salt to sprinkle in a hot iron skillet.
Have side salads ready for toppings before bun/bread gets placed on top.
Servings: 4-5
Time: 30 - 45 Minutes Preparation Time
18 - 25 Minutes Cooking Time
