A great spring to autumn food. Useful while attempting to place fresh food into stomach. Very handy for creative kitchen hands as once they get the idea their is very little holding them back. Except maybe running out of toppings. Think about substituting toppings to offer more variety.
Serving Size: 4 logs
The three main ingredients enable the Ants on a log to be Gluten free, Lactose free Ingredients:
• 1 stick celery
• 4 teaspoons peanut butter
• 12 sultanas
Method: Wash celery and cut into 4 lengths.
Spread peanut butter on celery and put thee sultanas on each one.
Should their be allergies to nuts then try something else. We had the peanut butter up one end and the ricotta cheese and cottage cheese down the other. In the middle of the table went all the little bits. Alfalfa for hair, mushroom slithers/sticks , curly carrot pieces too.
What was weird was that if the Guides grew it they did not want to eat it.
